This video was created for the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). Currently, Japan only produces about 40% of the food it consumes, which is the lowest among the developed countries. This video explains this and other problems, but ends on a positive note with viable solutions. I love this infographic video, and I feel like I learned something. Very smooth animation.
