Complete (re)design and development.
How?
By having a more dynamic layout, we created a more engaging experience for the viewer, and update the old look. The code we inherited was unsatisfactory, so I redid it. This project gave me confidence in my craft; I was able to competently use my skillset to contribute to a major project. I continue to oversee the creative direction of the project.
